Taking Delivery at Laguna Seca

Expectations were high among the 32 Mini Cooper S JCW GP owners as they prepared to go to Laguna Seca to take delivery of their new limited edition Mini. After the bus ride to Laguna the new owners climbed out of the bus and hurried over to Mini Island where the new Minis had been prepared in staggered rows. John and Cindy Glick from Florida were one of the two owners from Florida who made it to Laguna Seca for delivery of their Mini Cooper S JCW GP.
After lunch with the race cars driving around the track, the President of BMW North and South America spoke before handing over the keys. Then it was handing over the keys and motoring around the Monterey Peninsula in Number 48; and then on to the 17 mile drive and Carmel.
